When will my order ship?
Shipping times vary as we ship globally from different distribution centers depending on your location. We will ship your order within 72 hours, and the product will be delivered to you shortly thereafter. Custom orders will take an additional 5-7 business days.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped.
